Dance Ramaa Bharadwaj presented camaraderie imaginatively!

Mitra, an Ekaharya in Bharatanatyam by Bangalore-based danseuse Ramaa Bharadvaj wowed dance aficionados at Kalabharathi Visakhapatnam. Woven around the sublime concept of true friendship, the one-hour piece is an ode to the spirit of friendship.

Later, Kolkata-based Rahul Dev Mondal staged a mind-boggling Bharatanatyam solo with panache. The ease with which he executed intricate movements and postures left the viewers stunned…. He depicted the elemental nature in the composition of the universe and its varied dimensions including its endearing and frightening manifestations.

Visakha Music Academy featured it as a grand finale to its three-day Mid-Year Series.
